I have worked on more a less this same system and it is rubbish, especially when testing things out and my animation work wouldn't even run smoothly. The specs were slightly lower than that.

AMD Athlon 64 3400+
Nvidia 6100 256 onboard Graphics.

But after modding it out a bit with a 7300GS and a better stock of memory running at 2GB Corsair it ran flawlessly as long as you re-install Windows XP and configure it from the beginning.

The only bad thing about the system I worked on in the end was the Processor but I could have even got a better socket 939 processor at 4000+ I believe but I didn't have the money at the time and thats when I started building them from scratch instead of modding.
