Heres a list of better parts that is around the same price:
Newegg.com - BIOSTAR TFORCE 550 Socket AM2 NVIDIA nForce 550 MCP ATX AMD Motherboard - Retail
Newegg.com - AMD Athlon 64 X2 3600+ Brisbane 1.9GHz 2 x 512KB L2 Cache Socket AM2 Processor - Retail
Newegg.com - G.SKILL 1GB 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Desktop Memory - Retail
Newegg.com - EVGA 256-P2-N615-TX GeForce 7600GT 256MB 128-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 Video Card - Retail
Newegg.com - FSP Group (Fortron Source) AX400-PN, RoHS, 12cm FAN, version 2.2, 2 SATA, 20+ 4 pin, PCI Express, 400W Power Supply - Retail
Newegg.com - Western Digital Caviar SE16 WD2500KS 250GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive - OEM
Total comes to $413.95 w/o shipping. All you need is just a case.

Not in terms of gaming. The graphics card on that system is really dated.

Why not build one? It's not as hard as it looks. We'll teach you. Just ask the questions. The parts I suggested will last longer as a system.

If your situation is that hard than sounds like you're options are very limited. So I say it's ok you buy that system. Just don't expect great performance when it comes to gaming.
As far as the Macro and PS work, it'll work. You'll be ok. Again though, don't expect top of the line performance with a budget pc.
Good luck

try ncix.com if u live in canada/US area.. also use their advanced options section so u can choose the exact parts u want... for some reason their prices are REALLY similar to if u build it urself
