Default good cheap agp mobo?

any ideas guys?
I need agp based for athlon 64 because im planning on upgrading to a 3200+ venice and I want to keep my current gfx card.
price range 0~60
socket 939

need a rating for this mobo:

Try an Asus or an MSI

I heard asrock's aren't very stable

note that the msi isnt agp based
and also the the asus one has less fsb
would 200 mhz of fsb matter that much?..

how abuot an MSI K8N NEO2-PLATINUM for sale.

best AGp mobo out there for overclockers or non overclockers
