I'm not sure what your needs are but this build would work well.
If you are looking to build a system, I would recommend picking a motherboard/CPU package from NewEgg.com and working from there. The specs tab on the motherboard will help you pick the additional hardware.
When it comes to the case, I would go with a standard well built one like I posted. If you want one with all the LED lights and clear plastic design cutouts, then look at reviews and spend about $100 on one. The cheaper "cool looking" cases are not built well and are typically flimsy.

BB simply displays current deals throughout the web. Including any PC Hardware/accessories. I check the website a couple times throughout the day to see if any good deals have been posted. You can typically find a flash drive for $1/GB (16GB flash drive for $16). However, the deals/coupons only last between a few hours and weeks (at the most).
