Gigabyte Surround Sound adapter

I was wondering if anyone knows where to find the Surroud Sound adapter (Audio Combo Kit, as it mentions in the manual) that plugs into my Gigabyte motherboard's (GA-8IPE1000 Pro-G) integrated sound. I searched Google but only found it on websites that I have never heard of. I also tried Newegg, but no luck.
