gfx card upgrade question

eh, i'll probably just oc what i have and save up for when ddr3 becomes mainstream. no use droping a 500-1000 on a new mobo/cpu/ddr2ram just to be obsolete again in <6months. i can probably get by.

Just keep your eyes open. I picked up my 4200 on here, traded even for the GFX card I was upgrading from. You never know when someone will decide to part out a s939 system. You could even put up a "WTB" thread in the B/S/T forum and see if anyone they are willing to sell for cheap.

ok, i saw new benchmarks on the 4870 today on engadget and i gotta admit it looks good. i didnt realize it had ddr5 memory on it
i'll probably shell out the extra 100 for it and look to pick up a used s939 till its time for a new rig.
