Default Gfx Card Help...

Okay, I need to get a gfx card for the computer im ordering. I want to play the pretty modern games (bf2,special forces,cs source,maybe fear and doom3, ect). I have a limit of 130. I have found three pcie cards that I've been looking at. Which one of them should I get?

AMD Athlon 64 3000+
Chaintech 939 socket mobo
<Video card?>
1gb Corsair memory (will be 1.5 gb-2 in the near future)
Turtle Beach Soundcard
120gb seagate 7200rpm hdd
500w aspire psu

You think I could run bf2 on high or at least medium without lag, spikes, ect on say 1024x768 or 1280x1024?
