Getting a new gaming computer

Hey guys. Well my pops computer broke down, so since my computer really isn't good at all I am planning on getting a new one and giving him my current one. My budget is around 600-700, but i'm from canada, so I do plan on buying from tigerdirect.ca canadacomputers.com ncix.com and newegg.ca Things I won't need is a mouse, monitor and keyboard. Just need a straight up beast computer heh. If you guys can help it is very much appreciated! Oh and if there is a pre-made computer that you guys see or know that too will be fine with me, but looking at these forums I think you guys would prefer me making my own haha. Thanks in advance!

You think its a good deal or should I still go for what you showed me. I would prefer not having to make my own mainly because I still don't know how to haha, but I plan on learning.
