The 4650 without a doubt.
The 9500gt is about = 8600gt while the HD 4650 is a good bit below the HD 3850.

My sister upgraded from a GeForce 9500 to a HD 4650.
I had a HD4650, and was able to play most of my games on high settings with 4x AA. Crysis was the only game I was unable to do that with. Surprisingly good card, if you can get one with DDR3. It's pretty much an underclocked 4670 (or so I have read).
hehe now I'm confused. I came here for a second thought on the matter and you guys chose 4650 while my other forum suggested the 9500gt?

That gpureview site is about what "looks good on paper" type comparison.
I agree with everybody on the HD4650 being the better card.

Plus, it's on a smaller fabrication so it consumes less power.

cheers b1gapl, once more question how come the names of these cards are sometimes palit sapphire, galaxy etc but they dont state that its infact ati 4650?
