You need to tell us the following:
-Current video card slot type (AGP or PCI-E)
-Your CPU make/model/socket

1.600v
agp

but i will upgrade my mb to a pci and get a cpu that is supported by it

3ghz
geforce 7600 pci-e
and a new motherboard called Asus P5GPL-X

that will cost 300 uk pounds

I know you can't order from this site, but I compared the prices of the parts you listed and came up with this:

It'll be a little more than the parts you chose. I picked a different mobo and CPU so that you would have a Core 2 Duo CPU, which blows away P4s.
