I'm happy with my X700. It serves me well, and performs somewhere in between a 6600 and a 6600GT. Not a bad deal for just under a hundred bucks.

7300GS is a piece of crap. Get either a 6600GT or if you feel fancy get a 6800GS like me.

7800GT is a good card but you can make this upgrade last longer if you put up with your 6200 for about 2 more months and snatch a 7900 series (G71) card which will double performance over the 7800 series. If you dont want to wait, 7800GT is a good card that should get you decent settings at a 1024x768 resolution for at least a year. I don't know about after Vista and DX10 is released.

the 6600GT is an awsome card. i got one from MSI for 180 with a $30 rebate and MSI ussually gives u a free game (chronicles of rid**** or farcry are the ones i've seen). Personnally, i like MSI but any 6600GT is good. (Rid**** is an awsome game)
