That bundle is the same as the first link

Weird though, as I understood it the FX-4100 required an AM3+ board, yet Newegg is bundling them with AM3 boards...
Can't believe I missed that when originally linking it.

All of that is compatible.
I'm not sure how many sata cables your motherboard will come with, but you may want to buy another sata cable or two.

You can get them cheaper at Monopice, anyhow: Hard Drive Cables- Serial ATA(SATA)
