580watt PSU monitor resolution can only go up to 1680x1050 and motherboard is a H67MA USB3 B3 Gigabyte

For 1680x1050 a GTX460 or something similar is all you'll probably need. I would upgrade to a 1920x1080 or a 1920x1200 monitor.

A 580 watt "No Name" power supply is unreliable at best and it could damage components at worst.

Yha, its not a "great" psu. It'll work, but it'd be my next changed item..
