Default Gaming build, right parts?

I posted here about a week ago looking for a gaming computer, and after some suggestions to build it myself decided on it. So, after looking up parts that someone suggested (thanks macdawg) I'm posting here to make sure that I've selected the right parts and they're all compatible. I would use newegg if it weren't for the ~$75 sales tax they had to hitch on.

The Foxconn mobo...not great. Everything else looks pretty good.

if u are not interested in OC'ing (ive been told this board suks for that)
then i think the GIGABYTE k8n-sli is a good deal, and its a bargain
have u considered going AM2 or Conroe though?

I have no plans in overclocking at the moment, but down the road its a possibility so I'd like to have that option. As far as AM2 or Conroe I'm on a limited budget and it seems like 939 is just more cost efficient.
