lol, the opposite of my last couple of experiences with them...I don't buy from them anymore, their customer service at the store level has been a nightmare for me, on a number of issues.
Now I just use them as a pricematcher....buy most of my parts at liata.com, their online prices are crap but they have a lot of good in house sales and they will pricematch and haggle....if just wish my Mandarin was better
