freezing problem.....still

ok my comp keeps freezing usually when i play a game. temps are usually 90F.
what could the problem be? will to try almost anything. here are the system specs and thanks for your help in advance.
AMD 3500+
mis k8n neo4
eVga 6800GT with artic cooling rev 3
1 fan in front, 1 on top, 1 on back, 1 on cover, 2 on hd, 1 pci fan, 1 on cpu.
seagate hd SATA
antec true power 550 watt psu

Do a spyware/ad ware scan. Also check for viruses and defrag your hard drive with a good defragmenter ex.Diskeeper. If the problem is still there, format your HD.
