One question, do you use a CRT monitor?

If so, that might be your problem.

when you reintalled your driver..did you follow these steps:
Uninstall your graphic driver:
goto safe mode and use driver cleaner and select nvidia. and it will remove and clear all the nvidia display files.
Then goto windows in regular mode and try re installing drivers.

This may work....its worth a try...
it could also be your gfx card...check the temps and make sure its not over heating.

honestly...im out of ideas.
You could try lowering refresh rate, but i doubt that will do anything. or
Reinstall windows.
Try your gfx card on someone elses pc
Clean out your gfx card

Im just throwing out possibilities, so dont count on it.
Im still trying to think, and trying to search if anyone had the same problems.
Somone did mention something about applying too much light and then it flickered, but he wasnt specific enough. It could be brightness, etc.

Maybe it could be your internet?

Hopefully someone else can give better advice.
