How can i fix this?

-Updated my graphic card drivers, I think ^_^
-Reinstalled java
-Changed my screens refresh rate to 75

Current Specs:

And my graphic card is a nvidia GEforce 7300 GS

Actually, i dont think i have the right driver, so can u post it here PlX

Nvidia driver for 7 series cards:
ForceWare Release 162

As for what ram, get anything speed and timings wont matter that much because if the other one is slow it`ll just underclock to that anyway. Id personally get 1 gig matching the stick you have in now to avoid any complications.

I think the 101.09 driver is actually faster than the 162.18 driver (at least, it is on my 8800 GTS)

though there is also a tweaked version of the 158.22 driver here

*edit*
As to whether you should get another gig of RAM, that really depends on what you do.

You can set the paging file to 1GB min, 1GB max (1024MB) and it should perform fine on most things....
oh wait, that's Vista. You should maybe set it to about 1.5GB (1536MB) then.

Hmm ok, i was told something like that. Very similar, after trying both those drivers my screen still flickers, do you think gettting the extra gig of ram will stop the flickering?

i dont think the ram has anything to do with the flickering.

Does this happen only when you play online games, or regular games?

RunEscape. That's like the worse online game ever. Try some other online games.
