Question First pc build

Hey!!
I'm looking to building my first PC.But I Know how to build it,I'm just having trouble gathering all the stuff together and making sure they all fit.I will be doing some light gaming like WOW and TF2 but mostly just watching movies and browsing the web.I do want a AMD cpu,4gb ram. My budget is 400 or so.I don't need a monitor, keyboard, a mouse ,or OS.

Newegg.com - Computer Parts, PC Components, Laptop Computers, Digital Cameras and more!
Newegg.com - AMD Athlon II X2 240 Regor 2.8GHz 2 x 1MB L2 Cache Socket AM3 65W Dual-Core Processor - Processors - Desktops
Newegg.com - G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL - Desktop Memory
Newegg.com - ZOTAC ZT-96SES3P-FDL GeForce 9600 GSO 512MB - up to 1GB with TurboCache 128-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards
Newegg.com - ASRock M3A770DE AM3 AMD 770 ATX AMD Motherboard - AMD Motherboards
Newegg.com - Western Digital Caviar Blue WD5000AAKS 500GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive

that comes out to : $406.37 + shipping

Just one thing though, there weren't any reviews for the Zotac 9600GSO. The 9600GSO is a good card, i'm just not familiar enough with zotac... and it also has turbocache.. not sure how that affects performance. But if you don't like it you could get the eVGA 9600GSO for the same price, although that one has DDR2 memory.
