Might as well go with DDR# as the prices are about the same.
* AMD Athlon II X4 640 Propus 3.0GHz Socket AM3 95W Quad-Core Desktop Processor ADX640WFGMBOX
* ASUS M4A785TD-M EVO AM3 AMD 785G HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard

$165.98

Newegg.com - G.SKILL NS 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory Model F3-10666CL9D-4GBNS
$74.99

* SAPPHIRE 100283-3L Radeon HD 5770 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card
* Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit 1-Pack for System Builders - OEM

Combo Price: $224.98 w/$15 MIR card

Leave everything else the same.

That would push you over by $26, but it would give you Windows 7. Nice build, BTW.

Thank you for the prompt response and great recommendations! I went with the DDR3 and the motherboard you suggested. I'm getting Windows 7 through my college for 30 bucks so no need for the OS bundle. Just placed the order. Thanks a bunch.
