I am building my first computer from parts I found on Newegg. I am open to any advice or technological knowhow. I mainly want to know if these components will fit with each other but am also interested in addition parts (i.e. are there wires and screws that I need to buy or extra fans...) Please feel free to suggest new parts but keep in mind that I am on the cheaper side and don't wish to spend all that much money. I am also interested whether or not the PSU will be enough.
Any other advice would be nice

lol !! =D

Saw the post and couldn't help but piece together a comp/gamer comp setup pretty much near the same price range...( I luvz puttin' comps together muahaha!)

If you don't mind spending a little more cash, the setup I've shown will let you upgrade in the future (16GB ram, 2-way crossfire, raid-0) and will be powerful enough as-it-is to last you a while, instead of needing to buy a new computer 1 year (or so) down the line.

Here's what I got :

Case : (same case)
Newegg.com - Rosewill CHALLENGER Black Gaming ATX Mid Tower Computer Case ,comes with Three Fans-1x Front Blue LED 120mm Fan, 1x Top 140mm Fan, 1x Rear 120mm Fan, option Fans-2x Side 120mm Fan

Motherboard : (great mobo, 2-way crossfire, 16gb ram, 6.0gb/s SATA, and open box.......open box means u wanna snag it before someone else does!! lol)
Newegg.com - Open Box: ASUS M4A88TD-V EVO/USB3 AM3 AMD 880G HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard

CPU : (quad-core, cheap, will last you a lot longer than the 2-core)
Newegg.com - AMD Athlon II X4 620 Propus 2.6GHz 4 x 512KB L2 Cache Socket AM3 95W Quad-Core Processor ADX620WFGIBOX

Memory : (same type only faster for the same price...DDR3 1600Mhz)
Newegg.com - GeIL Black Dragon 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model GB34GB1600C9DC

Hard Drive : (1 terabyte, supports SATA 6.0gb/s, cheap, great raid-0 hard drive)
Newegg.com - Western Digital Caviar Black WD1002FAEX 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive

Power Supply : (650 watts, cheap, reliable, supports 2-way crossfire)
Newegg.com - RAIDMAX HYBRID 2 RX-630SS 630W ATX12V V2.2/ EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready Modular Modular LED Power Supply

GPU : (same GPU, great little card LOL)
Newegg.com - SAPPHIRE 100294DDR5L Radeon HD 5550 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card

DVD-Burner : (same price/drive but with 2mb cache)
Newegg.com - SAMSUNG Black 22X DVD+R 8X DVD+RW 16X DVD+R DL 22X DVD-R 6X DVD-RW 12X DVD-RAM 16X DVD-ROM 48X CD-R 32X CD-RW 48X CD-ROM 2MB Cache SATA DVD Burner LightScribe Support - CD / DVD Burners

Fans, 2-120mm, 1- 140mm, and 1 CPU fan :

Two 120mm fans : ( $10each, these pump 90 cubic feet per minute and are silent (19 DB) regular stock case fans pump around 10 cubic feet pretty much standard)
Newegg.com - COOLER MASTER R4-L2R-20CG-GP 120mm Green LED Case Fan

140mm fan : ($10, pumps 60 cubic feet, and silent)
Newegg.com - COOLER MASTER R4-S4S-10AK-GP 140mm Case Fan

CPU fan : ( $15, pumps 40 CFM, silent)
Newegg.com - ARCTIC COOLING ACALP64 Pro 92mm CPU Cooler

Add all that up w/o tax and shipping = $597.87

Also I'm assuming you have an operating system...

If not, you might want :
Newegg.com - Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit 1-Pack for System Builders - Operating Systems

Thats pretty much a great setup for the money, will last you a while and can be upgraded bigtime. Once the price of memory, hard drives and GPUs go down, you can max it out no prob...Also you can overclock pretty nasty with those fans too lol! ;)
