why do you have a ide ultra 160gb drive?

get a sata around 500gb

something like this. it is $30 more but worth it.
Newegg.ca - Western Digital Caviar Black WD6401AALS 640GB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive - Internal Hard Drives

Are you planning to overclock? if not you do not need to spend $12 on that heatsink the stock will be fine. If you are planning to oc then get a real cpu cooler like this.
Newegg.ca - Sunbeam CR-CCTF 120 mm Core-Contact Freezer CPU Cooler W/TX-2 - CPU Fans & Heatsinks

Spend the $8 more and get double cache, and a bit more space, plus it's SATA.

Newegg.ca - Western Digital Caviar SE16 WD2500AAKS 250GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive - Internal Hard Drives

sorry missed that it was a be. You need one. The sunbeam I linked is much better than the one you posted. That one is basically a stock cooler.

Wait for some feedback on the rest of you build.

Why are you getting a 5400? Get this, it's cheaper.

Newegg.ca - AMD Athlon 64 X2 7750 Kuma 2.7GHz 2 x 512KB L2 Cache 2MB L3 Cache Socket AM2+ 95W Dual-Core black edition Processor - Processors - Desktops

Rest of it looks ok I guess. You could get some better RAM. I would grab these: Newegg.ca - G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Desktop Memory

If you don't want to spend that much, you could get this kit, it's not as good, but a few bucks cheaper: Newegg.ca - A-DATA 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Desktop Memory
