Default First build

This is going to be my first build so I'm gonna need some help looking over the parts and I'm gonna use it for some gaming. It should cost around 460 dollars with the mail in rebates and back to school savings.
I couldn't figure out how to make a public wish list

Firstly, if you are going to do anything overclocking wise, why not get the 5400+ Black Edition, it runs hotter but overclocks better. - AMD Athlon 64 X2 5400+ Brisbane 2.8GHz 2 x 512KB L2 Cache Socket AM2 65W Dual-Core black edition Processor - Processors - Desktops
I guess you read this review AMD 780G & Athlon X2 4850e Review

Even so, is it for gaming and if so then you will need to change that card to something higher end for any respectable graphics. Decent cooler although again the ocz memory isn't the best, try some Ballistix (Tracers if you can stretch).

Those changes are if you can afford them, but in any case good, luck with your build

That RAM seems fine i don't see a big problem with it.

You will want to change the graphics card as mentioned by Bomber6 to something a bit more powerful.

What games are you playing?
