Go with this heat sink instead. It comes with TX-2 already which is a bonus.

Along with one of the video cards listed. The 4670 is a decent lower end/entry level gaming card. But the 9800 GT and 4670 performance gap is a substantial amount to justify the price tag on the 9800 GT.

9800 GT's for under $100. Considering they compete with my 4830, its definitely worth every penny.
