The idea is that if all of your compontents were working, then the number that the 'calculator' gives you is how much power you're drawing. You should really be just fine.

How much window of watts should your PSU have? Example, a computer that needs 400w, and the PSU is 400w, would that be a thing to avoid? Im not sure how much watts my PC is using, will calculate.
 
The only thing I can see myself upgrading to in the future would be an additional gig of ram as well as a DVD burner...

I assume a DVD burner can burn regular CD-R's and CD-RW's too, right? If so then I'd just drop the CDRW drive and add the DVDRW later on...
