Default feel free to help

Im building my first comp and would like some help with it.
I got a intel cpu and a board also and would like to know what ram and hard drive to get. This site basically has info on the motherboard.
http://support.intel.com/support/mot.../CS-012554.htm
Could you guys check out the site and let me know which ram has Serial Detect Presence(SDP) or which hard drive has Native Queing Command (NCQ). I know I sound like a little kid that needs my hand to be held but I have no idea on what these new terminology mean. I am somewhat computer literate just havent been reading up on whats new and need some help. Anyways the motherboard is a D915PBL and the cpu is a LGA775 its a P4 3.4GHz 550. If you guys can help me out i'd appreciate it. The case, video/sound card, psu are all taken care off, this is basically going to be a all around comp. Thanks

Well heres your board with all the specs:

http://www.intel.com/design/motherbd/bl/

it supports ddr2 400/533mhz ram:

if you only want 1 gb, you could go with this:

or 2gb go with this:

heres a nice hard drive:

also make sure you have a pci-express video card...nice system.
