Default Feedback On A LCD

Hey I'm looking to get a NEW LCD for my new computer...I had a 19" before.....I want at least a 21"...and my limit is 500. haha I know this is not a good mix...21" being somewaht big and 500 being a low price for a big I saw this one for not very expensive

Acer AL2216WBD 22"

anyone know much about it or anything?

I checked the response time I think it's about 5ms and the ratio on it is 700:1

anyone know if this monitor has any ghosting problems or anything?

I really wanted a Samsung LCD/HDTV but it's like 650 or so AT LEAST for a 23" soooooo I don't have that kinda cash after putting together my computer hahaha...they cost so **** much lol especially for a college student.

any help or recommendations on LCD's or sites within CANADA would be SAAAAAWEEEEEEET

thanks people
