Fans, Fans...

I know about fans, the high and the low, the fast and the slow. (that actually rhymes )

Anyway, It's been a few years since I needed a new fan for my case, as mine are working great!

I know Noctuas are the top of the line. I have several fans myself, but it's been many years since I bought them. What are the differences between these 120rpm models i see?

Noctua NF-S12B FLX
Noctua NF-S12B ULN
Noctua NF-S12
Noctua NF-P12

I own a P12 and 2 x S12. Just wondering what the other specifications are.

I'm getting this for a "new" computer. (really from spare parts, but it will be new to my mother )

Noctua NF-S12B FLX - The FLX has the full flexibility of 3 speed settings. (1200/900/600rpm)

Noctua NF-S12B ULN - ULN is for ultra low noise with 2 speed settings of 700 and 500.

Noctua NF-P12 - This one is pressure optimized for high density fins.

The first two are the same as the regular S12 with the addition of speed settings, and the "B" stands for beveled tips.
