Those fans are actually tiny since dell likes to put that cone do-hicky on the top of the fan. Pay attention to the chipset firstly, the chipset is 775 and it's a P4. I'd start looking there, I'm not sure on the case size but that's the best way to start.

try taking out the heat sink and fan, then go to your local pc store and compare with what you have. I'm not familar working on dells, but use common sense take some measurements so you know how big or small a fan you can fit in there.
