Default entering power saving mode

i am building this pc for someone i know and ihave EVERYTHING i mean EVERYTHING hooked up correctly and then i go to turn on the pc and it says entering power saving mode how can i get out of this what can i do whats the cause of this how can i fix it hurry up asap

Have you tried to change your power saving settings?
If you are using XP, you can go to Control Panel > Power Options and change the settings there.
Give it a try.

i cant get to the part where i load anything up i just booted the pc up for the first time and it says says entering power saving mode

It's the same old no video problem that every second post in here is about. 99% of the time this is motherboard related. Reset the cmos/ pull the battery. Try removing your ram and see if it will beep at you. If it will beep that's a good sign, then try all the other cards one at a time,
