I have a new lcd monitor that has a DVI-D monitor, meaning it has just the one flat pin on the side. My current video card is vga (D-sub) and it doesnt have the optimal resolution for the new screen. I want to get a new card that will support the resolution.
My question is if the video card has a DVI-I slot in the back will it work with my monitor or do I need a video card that had DVI-D?
Thanks for the help.
