i currently have AGP and PCI slot.only using PCI slot tho..is there a way i can change my Slot A ?

no. the DFI nF4 ultra-D is s939 and has a pcie16 slot for video card

Can you help me find another DFI LanParty Motherboard for my computer? and/or do i have to get an AMD Athlong 64 to use DFI with nVidia GeForce FX 5200...

IIRC, there are no pre Socket 754 LANParty boards. It's time for an upgrade if you still want one.

The Socket 939 Athlon 64s will work with it.
