I would start at this one
Newegg.com - SAMSUNG 933BW High Glossy Black 19" 5ms Widescreen LCD Monitor 300 cd/m2 DC 15000:1(1000:1) - LCD Monitors - $139 (after rebate) and has more connections and an allround better screen

If you really want to spend $120 then that acer seems fine for general use. Reviews are pretty good. The one saltynay pointed out is good but I could understand going with the cheaper one, I mean not everyone wants to deal with rebates and even then it's still $20 more.

I'd go with the first link you posted there. Looks like the best of the three on paper, and Acer makes quality monitors.
||Core 2 Duo E4600 @ 2.4 GHz (OC coming soon) || Biostar TP45HP || 4GB Kingston DDR2 667 RAM ||
Sapphire HD 4670 512mb @778/1140 || Antec Trio 650w || Maxtor 250gb 7200 RPM HDD || Lite-On DVD-RW || Black Aluminum Case||

Don't even bother with the 17". If you have to pick from those monitors, grab the first one. Remember that it only has a VGA port though. If you can afford a little bit more, splurge for this one:

Newegg.com - Acer X223Wbd Black 22" 5ms Widescreen LCD Monitor 300 cd/m2 2500:1 - LCD Monitors

22" and dirt cheap for the quality.
