stick with the q6600.

I was gonna suggest the 8800gts, but i thought u were on a budget.
that msi card is great...but for the games u mentione....the 9600gt will do perfect.

ok cool if the 9600gt can handle source at around 100 or 100+ fps i can deal with it.

well the gts willl be able to max everygame out right now pretty much...even crysis with some tweaking.

wat games do yo have in mind.... like wat new games do you plan on playing?

i dont plan on trying anything new except warhammer age of reckoning. Mains games would be Source ,WoW, Warhammer ONLINE AOR

well the 9600gt is good for you then.
if u got the extra money...spend the money on a bigger hdd...or i guess the gts and your set for a long time.

oh yeah maybe starcraft 2. I was thinking a 2.66 dual cpu would be fine for WoW or source.

a 9600gt win play those games like candy.
get teh q6600 with the ds3l...
u can oc the q6600 to 3ghz like a piece of candy and ure set man
your pc will be able to handle a lot of games and u will be really happy compared to the dell system.
