Dell Optiplex - New case?

Hi my mothers friend handed me down a computer to mess about with. Its a dell optiplex 745 ultra small form factor. What is the actual motherboard form factor? Or is USFF a dell propeitary size? Was wanting to move it into a new case and do some upgrades.

It's not worth any money to mess with. It doesn't even have a PCI-E slot so you're stuck with very old integrated graphics.

I thought as much, just wanted to be sure as I have always used ATX/M-ATX cases. At least I can upgrade the memory at least.
