Dell Dimension DE051 ram upgrade?

Anyone know what kind of RAM and how much my grandfather's Dimension DE051 takes? A quick look at google told me that I need PC 3200, but I figured I'd ask the geniuses, plus I couldn't find the exact model at crucial.com so I have no idea how much it can take. He has 512 megs right now, Win XP SP3 and it's running incredibly slowly.
