Default dell dimension B110

what do you think of the new "cheap" dell b110? seems like a decent PC for basic internet surfing/music/watching movies, and for $350 ($11/month) including a monitor, it seems like a good deal. Is it really a good deal?

ONLY 256MB of RAM and onboard video using some of that is going to hold it back performance wise. It's a cheap Dell; what else needs to be said?

im guessing the internal parts (memory, hd, mobo) would be very cheap. The most expensive part on the PC would be the celeron processor, thats it.
