If it is RDRAM it can only use RDRAM. You would come out cheaper replacing your motherboard and RAM.

Here's a solution for $94 w/free shipping for the motherboard, as well as a $10 MIR.
Newegg.com - BIOSTAR P4M900M4 478 VIA P4M900 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard - Intel Motherboards

Newegg.com - CORSAIR 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 667 (PC2 5300) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Desktop Memory

If you use THIS method, you can swap out the motherboard without having to reinstall Windows.

Your graphics card is an AGP card, correct? If so, you won't be able to use it in that board as it is a PCI-E board. Here's a mATX board that will work:
Intel D865PCD Intel 865P Socket 478 mATX Motherboard w/Audio & LAN Intel BOXD865PCDL D865PCD
$52.99 + $9 shipping to your ZIP code.

Here's RAM to go with it:
Newegg.com - G.SKILL Value 2GB (2 x 1GB) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM DDR 400 (PC 3200) Dual Channel Kit System Memory - Desktop Memory
$59.99 w/free shipping.

These are a little higher because of the RAM (DDR has gotten more expensive than DDR2), but it will work.

I quoted your email. You don't have enough posts to have access tot he PM system yet. Post your responses here so both I and others can further assist you.
