Default Dell B110 Video Card

I'm thinking about buying the Dell b110 computer. However, now sure if my current video card will run in the system since I know someone who had a problem with it.

That's the link to the system specs of the dell.

My current card is the Geforce FX 5200. Will the card successfully run in the B110 computer?

I found that link, and wasn't sure. Can anyone help? I'm on a budget and trying to upgrade from my very old 800mghz 512ram computer, with the GeForce FX 5200 card.

Or, would it be wiser to upgrade to a 1.4ghz processor and buy an upgraded video card? And if so, which would you suggest?

Thank you for your time on answering any of my questions.

No it will not, I'm assuming that card is an AGP type, and because it is, your piece of cra...I mean dell only has pci slots, they are not compatible with each other.
