Dell 537 Slim for Gaming?

Hey guys, is this setup capable of running a game like Second Life pretty well and lag-free? I'm not sure who to ask, so I figured someone here would know.

Processor: Intel Pentium Dual Core E5200 (2MB L2, 2.5GHz, 800FSB)
Memory: 3GB DDR2 SDRAM at 800MHz- 2 DIMMs
Hard drive: 320GB Serial ATA Hard Drive (7200RPM) w/DataBurst Cacheâ„¢
Video Card: ATI Radeon HD 4350 512MB
And I'll be running it on an ethernet DSL modem

The problem I have is that I do combat and such on Second Life, which requires lag-free play, or it's next to impossible. My laptop unfortunately can't handle it (intel chipset graphics card, T6400 processor).

Will this setup run the way I want? I also play some Soldier of Fortune online, but the laptop can handle it fairly well, so I'd assume that setup above would work fine for that.

Second-Life should play fine. If you have any problems with lagging then I would suspect it was because of the Server.
