I was at my local PC store, and was looking through brands and recommendations to build a new computer.
Out of what I could see there were ASUS boards, but I was recommended a brand called Gigabyte.
These are the boards that were brought to my attention.
Newegg.com - GIGABYTE GA-Z68XP-UD3 LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
or it's AMD counterpart

Is that a good brand? The feedback doesn't say anything that bad about it save one or two that claim their motherboard arrived dead.
I don't plan on overclocking. I'm still debating whereas I want AMD or Intel for a CPU but I think I will end up buying an AMD CPU.
What are your thoughts?
