While there isn't anything technically wrong with them, I'm personally not a fan of reference coolers (enclosed fan at the rear).
They work fine if you don't tweak your GPU at all, but if you do (and every manufacturer provides software to do it) they have a tendency to get rather loud.
If its just about a less expensive GTX 570, I'd personally go with:
EVGA GTX 570 $330 ($320 w/MiR).
EVGA GTX 570 Superclocked $340 ($320 w/MiR).
MSI GTX 570 Twin Frozr II OC $350 ($330 w/MiR).
