current best single slot gpu?

i was going to purchase a gtx 260, but found out it would a tight fit my case since the gtx 260 is like 10.5 inches...( would it be okay if the gpu went through into my hard drive slots?) anyways i guest my only option is to buy a single slot gpu. so what is the current best single slot video card? thanks

umm, well any GPU can be single slot. but i'd suggest getting a 5770, should not give you any clearance issues.

i agree.

in this 5770 review, they measured the card to be slightly under 9'' long. it will also offer similar performance to the gtx 260 while consuming less power too.
