Default CTF Loader? problem

well started up my computer today and right after you get past the welcome screen and everything starts to load up I got a little window that came up and said
CTF Loader has encountered a problem and needs to cloast. We are sorry for the inconvenience and then under that it says sorry again and that we have created an error report that you can send
so I clicked send error report and it just keeps comeing back up what could be wrong?
