CPU upgrade for socket 1366

I currently have Dual Xeons e5520 socket 1366 and i wanna upgrade to something a little better?
Yes this is my current gaming rig and so far its running damn good,i just wanna max out my performance if possible. any suggestions would be appreciated.

Current config:

Dual Xeons @2.4ghz
32gb DDR3 ECC ram
Video card GTX 750ti 2gb.
Two, 2 TB hdds and 1 ssd.
