Cpu upgrade

hi all ive got two motherboards and was wondering whats the best cpu upgrade for each of them ?

the 1st is a abit vt7 motherboard
and the 2nd is a8n sli delux motherboard

i cant seem to find some sort of cpu support list that lists any specific cpus, but in the specs it says that it support skt 478 p4's and celerons w/ a 800/ 533/ 400mhz fsb and ht.

The A8N-SLI Deluxe will run any socket 939 CPU you can get. Good luck getting one, though. An Opty 185/FX-64(?) is the best that came out. Check flea-Bay.
