Default CPU upgrade

ill have around 120 to play around with so i want to buy a better processor then the one i have.

i have a inten celron 3.4GHz but would like something faster

i dont know much about this motherboard but this is what i could find on it

FOXCONN N15235

PC/ p4m9007 mb8rs2h

what kind of processors can i use? and would i need to upgrade my PSU

uhm not really suree haha

i know it has 512mb ram (needs upgradeing)
intel celron d 3.4GHz
150GB HDD
im not sure on the PSU ill have to open up the computer and see what watt it is it will be around 300-400 i think
has windows vista home

no GPU as cant afford it at the mo.

i might need to upgade my mobo wont i?

From what I've found the Foxconn N15235 is actually a Foxconn P4M800P7MB-RS2H.

i think you would see a considerable speed increase with more ram

these look like they would work for your board:

can you find the ram on ebuyer.com ?

i couldnt find the same ram, but this set seems good also:
