CPU Fan software

After upgrading my cooler from a CM 101 to a 212. I was wondering if there is a software to control both the cpu and chasis. I have an ASUS mobo with a UEFI BIOS. It only let's me monitor the fan speed not change it. All fans have 4 pin connectors.

Can get the nzxt grid and use the cam software to make custom fan curves.
