Default CPU Fan + Heatsinks

As im sure there are a lot of confusing questions about AM2/AM2+/AM3 and their compatibility, im looking to buy a COOLER MASTER V8 RR-UV8-XBU1-GP 120mm Rifle CPU Cooler (its official title). My processor is a 3.2 Ghz AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition AM3. My Mobo is an ASUS M4A79T Deluxe AM3. My question is will the Rifle fit on the Mobo CPU bracket. Also will my 6GB CORSAIR DOMINATOR get in the way of the Rifle? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
