This is very good to have for only like $20, right?

Friend said this to me in an email:
do I reall need an extra cooler? and is the power supply sufficient? i'm ordering today and I'm kinda nervous that something will be dead when I get it or not enough power and I'll fry something. I don't know how to post in tech-forum.net or how to make those links to the parts

He has 500 watts, so I'm gonna say psu is good. He has a wolfdale dual core 2.5 GHz and a 9800GT. I really don't know what he is confused about with these forums. He told me he made an account, so I would think he could figure out how to post. Maybe the fact that links don't come out the exact way they look when you copy and paste them is confusing him there.

You don't have a link...

Wattage doesn't matter, it can mean crap..

You could have a 300w Good brand PSU which is better than a 1000w Crappy brand psu (which is bad)

You didn't list a cooler.. depends on which one you have

(Yes that's a good CPU)

He can get by without one, but if he wants to overclock or get temps way below recommended temps, he'd get that cooler
